Japanese Lane

Japanese Lane was an individual project of our choice. As I developed my interest in 3D environment design, this was my first major environment modelling project where I was able to enhance my abilities in this field. This environment design was done through Maya and entailed modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing, lighting and scene composition.

This project was another individual creation that incorporates a combination of 2D and 3D animation. The drifter was my first time attempting to mix the two styles of animation which allowed me to play around slightly. The completion of the project required modelling, texturing, lighting, scene compositions and animating in both styles which was done in Maya and Animate.

Headspace Commercial

This commercial was made by a team of 3 other animators. This was their first attempt with using a combination of 2D and 3D so I helped out with combining everything together. I was required to create simplistic and slightly cartoony backgrounds to match the 2D characters.
